How is Focus Plant different from Pocket Plants?

Focus Plant is a focus timer that turns study or work time into raindrops for growing plants. Pocket Plants is a plant-merging game where recorded steps provide extra energy. Choose Focus Plant for a garden that grows with focused time, or explore Pocket Plants for plant collecting supported by walking.

Can I use Focus Plant as a Pomodoro timer?

Yes. Pomodoro mode lets you set focus time, break time and the number of sessions, so you can alternate concentrated work with planned breaks.

Can Focus Plant use mindfulness time from other apps?

On iOS, Focus Plant can read mindfulness time recorded in Apple Health by compatible apps. Grant the requested Health permissions to enable this connection. This integration uses Apple's HealthKit.

Can I use focus time from Striving in Focus Plant?

Yes. On Android, connect Focus Plant to your Striving account to sync focus sessions. Our illustrated setup guide explains the connection steps. Only sessions that start after you connect are eligible; disconnecting and reconnecting resets that starting point.

Is Focus Plant free?

Focus Plant is free to download on iPhone, iPad, Mac and Android, with optional in-app purchases. The App Store listing also offers a SuperPass subscription for premium features and resources. Check your store for current local prices and subscription terms.
