FAQ
How does Focus Quest turn study time into game progress?
Use the study timer while you focus on your task. Focused time earns resources to train your hero and improve equipment for battles in Focusland. Session records help you review your focused time.
How is Focus Quest different from Focus Plant?
Focus Quest uses hero training, equipment and battles as its rewards. Focus Plant uses raindrops, plant collecting and growing a garden. Both turn focused time into progress in a game.
Can I bring focus time from Focus Plant into Focus Quest?
On Android, Focus Quest supports syncing focus time from Focus Plant, so time you record there can also contribute to your adventure in Focus Quest.
How do I connect Focus Quest to Striving?
On Android, open Settings → Account → Sign in with Striving in Focus Quest to connect your Striving account. You can also start from Focus → Sync. Follow our illustrated setup guide. Only sessions that start after the connection are eligible to sync; reconnecting resets that starting point.
Is Focus Quest free?
Focus Quest is free to download on iPhone, iPad and Android, with optional in-app purchases. The App Store listing also offers a Focus Pass subscription for premium features and resources. Check your store for current local prices and subscription terms.
